Our recent events for Supporters

LAMDA’s 2024 Gala – Hosted by LAMDA’s President Benedict Cumberbatch CBE, our fundraising Gala was held in June 2024 at a central London location and featured a stunning meal, a silent and live auction and performances from our current students and star-studded alumni.  

Poetry Night – A highlight of our academic calendar, this academic year the Poetry Night Competiton was judged by LAMDA alumna Harriet Walter DBE and poet Maz Hedgehog.  

LAMDA Lunch Q&A – A unique insight into the mind of an actor, writer, director, designer or technician. These are predominately student-only events with Patrons invited to view. LAMDA lunches have featured alumni Benedict Cumberbatch CBE, Brian Cox CBE, Rebecca Frecknall, Ruth Wilson MBE, Rory Kinnear, Leah Harvey, Natalie Simpson and Tingying Dong.
