UK Public Centre Events & Dates

• To enter a learner for an exam, please complete the online entry form available on our website. Forms must be completed in full and submitted prior to the closing date. Payment must be received at the point of entry.
• Entries received for an Event after the published closing date will not be accepted.
• The closing date is on the Thursday - 6 weeks prior to the first date of an event.
• Entries will not be accepted without payment.
• Please note, Events may become fully booked before the closing date. LAMDA reserves the right to close an event before the advertised closing date if it is at full capacity.
• LAMDA does not guarantee that requests for preferred dates (or times) will be granted. Learners must be available for all dates and times for the exam event entered. Fees will not be returned if preferred dates (or times) are not given.
• LAMDA will accept payment by Card and Credit Note only. For more details, please visit our How to Pay page. Fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable.​​​​​​

LAMDA cannot authorise changes to dates entered.

• Changes permitted are: name spellings, and change of registered exam.
• Please note that charges will apply for Change of Registered Examinations. See our Fees List for full details.
• LAMDA will not transfer Learner entries to alternative events once submitted if the closing date for the event entered has lapsed.
• LAMDA will not alter assigned exam dates and times. This includes requests to swap Learners entered by the same person.

• Examination materials will be available 2-weeks prior to the event start date.
• Examination Fees will not be refunded for Learners who are unable to attend their exam, arrive late, or do not present valid ID (Learners aged 16 or over).
• Customers may be eligible to apply for full or partial credit for absent Learners depending on the circumstances. Please see Credit Note Policy for further details.
